1. Protection and processing of personal data

The Associació Catalana per l'Arbitratge- Tribunal Arbitral de Barcelona (Barcelona Arbitration Court), owner of the domain of this website, agrees to abide by the existing legislation on protection and confidentiality with respect to processing of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Act 15/1999 of 13 December, on protection of data of a personal nature, and the implementation regulations approved by the Royal Decree 1720/2007.

In no case are cookies or other similar media utilised to store information identifying the person using the web.

3. Protection of data of a personal nature included in the “CONTACT” mailbox

In accordance with the provisions of the Organic Act 15/1999 of 13 December, on protection of data of a personal nature, and the implementation regulations approved by the Royal Decree 1720/2007, the personal information you provide through the mailbox "CONTACT" from the web, will be processed and included in the "Communications / Relationships" file held by the Associació Catalana per l'Arbitratge-Tribunal Arbitral de Barcelona (Barcelona Arbitration Court), declared and registered in the General Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Personal data supplied through said mailbox will be used for the purpose of managing requests for information and sending information by post or email about services, activities and events related to the Associació Catalana per l'Arbitratge- Tribunal Arbitral de Barcelona (Barcelona Arbitration Court).
