Donem a con\u00e8ixer el VII Curs Superior d’Arbitratge<\/strong> per accedir a l’acreditaci\u00f3 a nivell de<\/span> Member<\/span> de Chartered<\/span> Institute<\/span> of<\/span> Arbitrators<\/span> (CIArb<\/span><\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n

El Centre Internacional d’Arbitratge, Mediaci\u00f3 i Negociaci\u00f3 (CIAMEN<\/span>) de l’Institut Universitari d’Estudis Europeus de la Universitat CEU<\/span><\/a> San<\/span> Pablo t\u00e9 el plaer d’anunciar-li l’obertura del proc\u00e9s de selecci\u00f3 del Curs Superior d’Arbitratge; l’\u00fanic curs d’arbitratge<\/span><\/a> en espanyol ofert com a part del programa \u00abRecognised<\/span> Course<\/span> Provider<\/span> (RCP<\/span>)\u00bb, la superaci\u00f3 permet als participants accedir a l’acreditaci\u00f3 a nivell de<\/span> Member<\/span> del Chartered<\/span> Institute<\/span> of<\/span> Arbitrators<\/span> (CIArb<\/span>).<\/p>\n

Quin \u00e9s l’objectiu del curs?<\/p>\n

El curs t\u00e9 per objecte examinar exhaustivament qu\u00e8 \u00e9s i com funciona<\/strong> l’arbitratge com a instrument de soluci\u00f3 de conflictes<\/span><\/a>, garantint al participant una formaci\u00f3 que li permeti no nom\u00e9s representar les parts en un procediment arbitral, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 actuar com a \u00e0rbitre.<\/p>\n

Quan i on?<\/h3>\n

Aquesta setena edici\u00f3 del curs tindr\u00e0 lloc a Madrid del 24 al 28 de febrer de 2020.<\/p>\n

Us recordem que els antics alumnes CEU<\/span>, aix\u00ed com els socis de Club Espanyol de l’Arbitratge, compten amb un 20% de descompte.<\/p>\n
