Previously, you must verify if you can access arbitration through the arbitration agreement through any of the available CLAUSES:
- in contract
- in company statute

HOW DO I APPLY FOR ARBITRATION?
To initiate the arbitration, you must submit an application request completed by the party together with the contract, by laws or any other document in which the arbitration agreement derives from which the competence of the TAB in the administration of the arbitration derives.
