THE NEW TAB ADR SERVICE<\/h2>\n

With the entry into force of Law 1\/2025, of 2 January, on measures for the efficiency of the Public Justice Service, in order for a claim to be admissible in a court of law, an admissibility requirement has been established<\/strong>, consisting of having previously resorted to one of the appropriate means of dispute resolution (ADR) and proving it with documentary evidence. For this reason, the TAB’s ADR Service<\/strong> has been created to offer the following services.<\/p>\n

3. Independent Expert Service:<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the request of any of the parties, the request to appoint an independent expert shall be transferred, giving the other party a period of no more than ten calendar days to state what it deems appropriate and shall be certified<\/strong> in accordance with the terms of the law. The final opinion shall be confidential, and shall only be binding if the parties so agree.<\/p>\n
