You can access the <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"195\">TAB 2025 Statistics<\/b> via the <a href=\"https:\/\/tab.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/ESTADISTIQUES-2025-WORD-v.2-INGLES-df.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">following link<\/a>. The following are some of the most relevant highlights:<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"4\">Arbitration Activity<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">During 2025, <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"13\">73 cases<\/b> were administered, the same figure as the previous year. Of these, <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"89\">49 remain ongoing<\/b> and <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"111\">24 have been closed<\/b>. There is a notable increase in the entry of new cases (<b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"187\">41 in total<\/b>), of which <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"210\">10 were MASD<\/b> (Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods) cases.
