Tribunal Arbitral de Barcelona is glad to support the China Arbitration Summit 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As the flagship event of China Arbitration Week<\/strong>, the Summit will focus on the theme of \u201cInternational Arbitration in a Changing World\u201d<\/strong>. In the context of profound global transformations unseen in a century and global economic and trade patterns experiencing major shifts, and to mark the 60th anniversary of UNCITRAL<\/strong> and the 70th anniversary of CIETAC<\/strong> in 2026, this high-level gathering will bring together leading figures from the global arbitration and legal communities to engage in in-depth discussions across three core dimensions: strengthening global integration of the rule of law, promoting innovation while preserving the fundamental values of arbitration, and empowering industrial development through forward-looking approaches.<\/p>\n

The Summit will be a one-day event taking place on September 18, 2026<\/strong>, with simultaneous interpretation in English and Chinese. It will also be livestreamed worldwide, with its main venue in Beijing, China.<\/p>\n
