textwidget\">\n<p>El Tribunal Arbitral de Barcelona (TAB) y el Instituto Superior de Derecho y Econom\u00eda <a href=\"https:\/\/isde.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #489e77;\">(ISDE<\/span><\/a>) han firmado este mes de septiembre un <strong>convenio acad\u00e9mico<\/strong> a fin de colaborar en diversas iniciativas que se formulen en el \u00e1mbito de la formaci\u00f3n y la investigaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, con el objetivo de concienciar de las ventajas y promocionar el uso de la v\u00eda arbitral para la resoluci\u00f3n de presidentes del <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">TAB<\/span> y del<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">ISDE<\/span>, Julio de Miquel y Jordi <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Pint\u00f3<\/span>, remarcaron en la firma del acuerdo la importancia de que el<a href=\"https:\/\/tab.es\/es\/arbitraje\/\"><span style=\"color: #489e77;\">arbitraje<\/span><\/a> se consolide ante la sociedad y los operadores jur\u00eddicos, especialmente en el tr\u00e1fico mercantil, como una herramienta \u00e1gil e id\u00f3nea para resolver disputas legales en el actual escenario de alta litigiosidad que previsiblemente
