{"id":310459,"date":"2019-03-08T14:48:42","date_gmt":"2019-03-08T12:48:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tab.es\/visita-del-director-general-de-derecho-y-entidades-juridicas\/"},"modified":"2019-03-08T14:48:42","modified_gmt":"2019-03-08T12:48:42","slug":"visita-del-director-general-de-derecho-y-entidades-juridicas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tab.es\/es\/visita-del-director-general-de-derecho-y-entidades-juridicas\/","title":{"rendered":"Visita del Director General de Derecho y Entidades Jur\u00eddicas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 8 de marzo de 2019, tuvo lugar un encuentro entre el presidente del TAB, Juli de Miquel, acompa\u00f1ado de los vocales de la Junta, Merc\u00e8 Pigem y Frederic Munn\u00e9 visitan al <span style=\"color: #489e77;\"><a style=\"color: #489e77;\" href=\"http:\/\/sac.gencat.cat\/sacgencat\/AppJava\/organisme_fitxa.jsp?codi=5115\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Director General de Derecho y Entidades Jur\u00eddicas de la Generalidad de Catalu\u00f1a,<\/a><\/span> Xavier Bernad\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de esta visita del Director General de Derecho y Entidades Jur\u00eddicas era potenciar la utilizaci\u00f3n del <a href=\"http:\/\/tab.es\/ca\/arbitratge\/sobre-larbitratge\/\"><span style=\"color: #489e77;\">arbitraje<\/span><\/a> como sistema de resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos en los contratos de y con la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y para aconsejar la introducci\u00f3n de la cl\u00e1usula arbitral en sus contratos.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta fue muy bien valorada por el director general.
