To be part of the list, it will be necessary to formalize the corresponding request specifying and sufficiently certifying the professional qualification, experience and specialty or specialties. It will also indicate the courses on arbitration that have been attended, the arbitration procedures in which they have intervened, either in the TAB or in other institutions, or ad hoc arbitrations, and the languages in which the applicant is capable to order and process an arbitration procedure.
