WHO ARE THE ARBITRATORS?
The arbitrator or arbitration panel in the case of multiple arbitrators, is the neutral person or persons responsible for resolving the conflict that the parties have submitted them.
- Independent and impartial persons in charge of resolving the conflict that the parties have submitted to them.
- Professionals of prestige and proven experience.
- Accredited by the TAB after a selection process.
- They must comply with the Code of Ethics and the Code of Good Practice of the Court.
WHO WILL BE MY ARBITRATOR?
It will be the professional chosen by common agreement between the parties among those accredited by the TAB.
If the parties do not agree, the arbitrator shall designate the TAB from among the accredited arbitrators that appear on the list published on the institutional website.
The number of referees will always be odd.
