As the flagship event of China Arbitration Week, the Summit will focus on the theme of “International Arbitration in a Changing World”. In the context of profound global transformations unseen in a century and global economic and trade patterns experiencing major shifts, and to mark the 60th anniversary of UNCITRAL and the 70th anniversary of CIETAC in 2026, this high-level gathering will bring together leading figures from the global arbitration and legal communities to engage in in-depth discussions across three core dimensions: strengthening global integration of the rule of law, promoting innovation while preserving the fundamental values of arbitration, and empowering industrial development through forward-looking approaches.
The Summit will be a one-day event taking place on September 18, 2026, with simultaneous interpretation in English and Chinese. It will also be livestreamed worldwide, with its main venue in Beijing, China.
